1. Eligibility and Enrolment: To participate, you must apply and be approved by us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Commission Structure: As an affiliate, you will earn a 10% commission on sales generated through your unique referral link. Additionally, for each affiliate you refer to the program, you will earn a 2.5% commission on their sales, promoting a multi-tier earning opportunity. Commissions are calculated based on net sales (sales minus any returns or cancellations) and are subject to review and adjustment for any discrepancies.

3. Self-Employment and Tax Obligations: You acknowledge that you are participating in this program as an independent contractor, not as an employee. You are solely responsible for all tax obligations related to your earnings from this program and must comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to declare and pay all applicable taxes.

4. Disclosure Requirements: You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with us on all promotions and communications. This disclosure should inform your audience that you may receive commissions for purchases made through your referral link, in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines and other applicable laws.

5. Competition Law and Intellectual Property: You agree not to engage in any activity that breaches competition laws or infringes on intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the unauthorized use of our trademarks or branded materials without explicit written consent.

6. Advertising Standards and Consumer Protection Laws: All advertising and promotional activities must adhere to the highest standards of honesty and integrity, complying with applicable advertising standards and consumer protection laws. Misleading or deceptive practices are expressly prohibited.

7. Data Protection: You must comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, ensuring that any personal data acquired in the course of your participation in this program is processed lawfully and securely.

8. Contracts and Agreements: By participating in our program, you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement and any other contracts or agreements that may be required by law or mutual agreement.

9. Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes to these terms. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification: We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this program. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms and conditions.
